Silver Bluff Neighborhood Association lobbied and maintained the prohibition of commercial over-developments in the area. Within a short drive, you have the convenience of shopping, dining, and entertainment in the nearby neighborhoods of Pinecrest, South Florida, downtown South Florida, Coconut Grove, Brickell, and easy access to the Port of Miami and the Miami International Airport.
